It's been a long time since I last blogged and my last few blog posts have been so bleak, and fat-tish hahaha. Okay terrible attempt at a joke. Basically I have been exceptionally lazy to update this blog, or anything for that matter. But I guess as I was looking through my archives the other day, I realised how much I have actually grown as a person, and basically just changed in so many other ways. Honestly, I feel so blessed to be where I am today with the relationship between my parents, and the other people who matter to me the way I want it to be (:

Time out with the crazy dearest Shernice Low Li Huan while she was shopping for stuff. The changing room was massive haha and they had this plushy chair with a beautiful dresser top as well as a partition in the middle of the room so I could hang around while she changed haha. And those pair of red heels!! To die for! I love heels. Makes me seem to have everything I actually don't have hahaha.

Met Navreen at Everything with Fries after driving, and we had the curry fries. (She got me addicted to those super yummy things!!)

This was on some other day when we finally managed to meet (Actually this was just over a span of a few days but there was so much to catch up on)

Had Thai for dinner, and I ate this Chicken Basil Thing. It was yummy but not as nice as the ones I had the day before at Downtown East's Basil inn. The one at Basil inn had this super nice crunch and spiciness to it. Super loved it!!!

I went prawning too!! AND PLEASE BE PROUD OF ME. I touched bloodworms, and sliced them up :/ And I even hooked the worms onto the metal thing. Get the picture?? I was really hands on. Omg. So brave hahaha.

I didn't really dare to touch anything first because WHY WOULD I DARE TO TOUCH WORMS. They wriggle and what happens if they wriggle fast enough and they get into my clothes or hair or something like that. But I plucked up the courage soon after haha. Actually I don't think it was courage I just psyched myself to think that it was okay and come to think of it, it was very worth while haha. Definitely not as grossed out as I thought I would be haha.

A prawn!!!! (: (: But don't let this picture fool you. I didn't really catch it. Somehow all the prawns managed to escape my clutches. AND YOU KNOW WHAT, I tell you these prawns are full of energy. They flick water at you like nobody's business. Violent prawns. Super violent prawns. Their survival instincts to get away are like at its peak haha. Or maybe I just don't catch enough stuff to realise that that is how all captured animals react.

We finally managed to BBQ the prawns!! And guess our catch for that 4/5 hours? 3 PRAWNS. 3! I am so ashamed. Technically speaking I didn't even catch a single one haha. I need to get back there to catch at least 1 prawn!! I don't know if I'm just weird or something but I felt so evil and terrible when I was shoving the stick into the body of the prawn :'( Felt like a murderer and I seriously imagined the pain the prawn could be feeling at that point in time. Worse thing was when we placed the prawn onto the fire and one prawn jumped :'( I know it sounds absolutely ridiculous but I felt terribly sorry :( :(

But whatever the case, I think the guilt only lasted temporarily because we basically continued barbecuing them. Fanning/Building the fire reminded me of campfire times back in Cedar. Super good memories <3 Somehow prawning gave me this sense of extreme contentedness, and bliss. I am definitely sure it was because of the company <3

Had dinner at The Basil Inn! I thought it was super yums! At least the basil chicken was. The omolette and prawn thing, was to me a little too oily but I super love the basil chicken and I have been thinking alot about the chicken hahaha.

Met the Tung Ling people to celebrate Nick's birthday! Baked an Apple Cake for him, took me crazy long the stupid cake was so big and thick that I practically baked it for over an hour. NOT DOING IT AGAIN haha.

Met Su Xin for a late lunch at citylink's TCC and we had so much fun. (BTW, TCC is having this one for one promotion and it is super worth it) Love their Aglio Oglio seafood pasta. The 3 times I have been there I have always ordered that haha. All I can say is that I am so thankful to have grown so close to this crazy person next to me. I remembered how I used to think that she was aloof. Have no idea how we eventually became so close but I am definitely glad we that. AND I HOPE SHE GETS A BOYFRIEND SOON. I want to be a bridesmaid ( See here Su Xin, I am already giving you no choice but to have to let me be one of your bridesmaids) Love you one half of the pang sisters <3

Had dinner at HY California! Teeth hurt majorly because I just had dental but greedy me still managed to have my fill of all that goodness. LOOK AT THE FOOD. (Now I know why I can't lose weight) Managed to get an awesome view, all thanks to my favorite person in this whole wide world <3

Baked red velvet for the bestie! (: With cream cheese frosting and a chocolate centre haha. A pity that the silver frosting melted a little it ended up looking a little like mould. BUT IT WASN'T. And it was the moistest cupcake ever. Seriously guys. The batter was like mousse. I think I know what the secret ingredient is and no I'm not telling until I am sure haha. Super excited!! ( I need to pipe better though haha)

Happy 20th Yvoonnneeeeeeee!!!

Had lunch at Sarang Korean and she actually got wind of the surprise because I knew my way there!! What is this!!! I was so hurt. But whatever the case I am intensely happy for my dearest bestfriend. You are finally 20. I'm going to SMU. We're going to be in the same school. After 3 years!! Can't wait for many many more years of this already very awesome friendship we share. Love you super much bestie <3
