Last blogged @ 10:33 PM Its been ages since I last blogged! Haha. I think over the course of this period I've learnt alot about myself, done many things I would never have dreamed off but most importantly, I believe I'm well on the way to return to how I was just a year ago; church, spiritual wise.
Sermon last week was on the true calling of God and I guess it really spoke to me a great deal. It was too close to home and I remembered telling God so clearly that I was willing to wait on him and all I needed was for him to tell me what he really wanted me to do. But I struck a bargain with Him and prayed that he wouldn't show me what he wanted me to do through the taking away of a certain relationship. I guess I wasn't really sure why I said that but as soon as that thought came I had this uneasy feeling that that was exactly what the Lord would do. True enough it happened, and to be honest, that day left me feeling really distraught. However, because I knew that this was what I had actually asked for, I guess that is why during this whole rather supposedly tiring and heart wrenching period, I have managed to actually become stronger. Dear friends who think that I'm not coping well because I'm Van/Bambi and I can't take such things, don't worry :) I'm actually much stronger than you all think, but I thank you all for your love. Getting hurt is simply inevitable in any relationship but so long as you can take something away from it I believe everything is worth it :) I WENT SHOPPING FOR PROM DRESS TODAY. NOT BUTTER THOUGH. UGH. Hahaha. Things I'm going to do after A's/ or at least plan to do: 1. RUN EVERYDAY. OMG. HAHA. 2. GET BRACES. 3. KOREA WITH LOW LILI. 4. DRIVING LICENSE 5. GET AN INTERNSHIP :D 6. BIBLE SCHOOL 7. D***E 8. AR ASIA |
